Jeffrey and Jamie Gante met online in the summer of 2008, and in a short period of time, became one of many couples who would prove that long distance relationships work. Shortly before being married in the summer of 2009, they launched this website, long-distance-love.com, to share their story.
They are generally known on this site as anything but their real names however. They chose to use pen names. They are generally known as Gianni and Sophie or the masked truelovers. You may even see them referred to as Charlie and Suzie.
Both are divorced and have children by their previous marriages. He is from York, Pa. - the father of Kyle and Kayla Gante. She is from Westfield, NJ - mother to Matthew and Nicole Rapoport.
Jeffrey Gante is a 1989 graduate of Lancaster Bible College, and is author of "Simplified Exclamations About God's Will", released in 2005 by Tate Publishing. He is currently layed off as a forklift operator and spending more time in New Jersey.

Jamie Gante, RHIA, is a 1986 graduate of Kean University and works in the Health Care Industry in Health Information Management.

However, they are currently working on a full length fantasy (good vss. evil) fiction novel, which they will complete before the end of September, 2010. At that point, they may still have to polish it up with additional editing before submitting the manuscript to literary agents in hopes of getting the book published.
The setting of the novel is on the planet Humus, and is based on a mysterious group of people called the blood-soaked kindred.
FROM CHAPTER 1:
Zach Abraham had some strange new neighbors – scary actually! He saw them quietly slip in and out of their home in the darkness, and occasionally passed them on the sidewalk as he walked his dog. He was intimidated by them however and would quickly move along, acting like his pet was distracting him. He never wanted them to have an excuse to strike up a conversation with him. They were rather hideous and mysterious looking people, seemingly drenched in blood if you looked close enough. Zach was afraid that they might be involved in unusual and secret rituals and seek to steal his soul somehow if he gave them opportunity.
